Equipment List Updates

A revised Equipment List page offers expanded component-level views under each piece of equipment. This page now displays:
Component Health Summary

  • Component: Name of the component
  • Health Status: Latest health status of the component
  • RUL (Remaining Useful Life): Current estimate for component’s time to fault
  • UF (Utilization Factor): Operational utilization of the component
  • Last Running: Timestamp indicating when the component was last active
  • Fault Mode: Any identified faults based on data analysis
  • Energy Consumption: Latest change in estimated energy usage

Equipment Log Drawer Updates

  • Improvements to the Equipment Log Drawer enable quick maintenance recording and enhance the user experience:
  • Character limit for Feedback Description increased to 1000
  • Deletion Confirmation popup prompts users to confirm feedback deletion
  • Dynamic Date Selection in Feedback Form:
    • Planning actions only allow future dates
    • Other actions only allow past dates
  • Multi-Component Feedback : Multiple components can be selected for a single submission
  • Notification Log Integration : Feedback submitted through the notification log appears in the equipment log
  • Loading Sequence post-submission handles slower feedback processing
  • Feedback Editing : Only the original submitter can edit previously submitted feedback
  • Automatic Expiration : Logs expire after 6 months of inactivity
  • Additional Info Prompt : When “Repair,” “Lubrication,” or “Machine Down” is selected, the Additional Info section appears, and a reminder is displayed if it remains empty

Config Dashboard

Improvements to the Config Dashboard have been introduced to further enhance functionality and usability:

  • Enable Time Sync at Equipment Level: A new option in the Equipment tab allows time synchronization to be enabled or disabled at the equipment level. This setting automatically applies to all sensors under the chosen equipment.
  • Placeholder Message for Unselected Assets: When no asset is selected in the asset tree, a placeholder message replaces “No Data,” prompting users to select an asset.
  • Asset Tree and Table Data Enhancements, including:
    • Asset colors and checkmarks now adapt based on the selected asset level.
    • Table data in each tab updates according to the selected asset, ensuring that the correct details are displayed.
    • These changes create a more intuitive and responsive Config Dashboard experience.

Multiview – Comparison and Resultant Graph Options

Vibration RMS and Vibration Peak graphs in the Multi-View Dashboard now include Comparison
and Resultant tabs, enhancing data analysis and comparison capabilities.

Sensor Health Summary – Visibility of Unassigned Sensors

  • Unassigned sensors are now viewable in the Sensor Health Summary
  • A “Total Sensors” pie chart shows the number of assigned vs. unassigned sensors
  • This pie chart is visible only when “All Plants” is selected
  • Clicking on the unassigned portion of the chart filters the dashboard to show only unassigned sensors

Machine Column in Enterprise Health Summary

A new Machine column is included in the Enterprise Health Summary:

  • If the machine table is not visible for a company, the column is not shown
  • If no machine is assigned to an equipment, the equipment name is used as the default machine name
  • If a machine is assigned to the equipment, the existing machine name is displayed

Detailed Missing Technical Info in Popup

Popups indicating missing technical information now specify the exact details needed. For equipment, the popup displays a combined list of missing data from all related components.

Nano AI Alarm Lines on Amplitude Trends

The Nano AI Alarm line on amplitude graphs is now displayed as a smooth dotted line, improving visibility and clarity across the dashboard.

Affected vs. Total Equipment Count in Plants Summary

The Equipment Affected column on the homepage now shows the total number of affected equipment alongside the total number of equipment in each plant, offering a clear overview of overall equipment health status.

Consistent Tooltips Across the Dashboard

Tooltips have been standardized with a uniform icon and style:

  • Dark background with light font
  • Consistent appearance throughout the platform for improved readability
