What’s New
Equipment Log Improvements
- “Continue to Monitor” Action Result : Added a “Continue to Monitor” result under the “Planning” action selection, allowing users to add general feedback when monitoring data on any equipment or component without requiring immediate actions.
- DataSharingAPI for Feedback Submission : Introduced a new DataSharingAPI to enable feedback submission via an API POST method, replicating the workflow of the dashboard feedback form. This allows external integrations, such as CMMS platforms, to seamlessly reflect work order details in equipment feedback threads. Refer to the new feedbackCreate method in the Data Sharing Documentation for more details.
- Notification Log Synchronization : Fixed synchronization issues between the notification log
- and the equipment log, ensuring that acknowledging notifications in the equipment log sidebar now correctly updates the main notification log and vice versa for seamless two-way consistency.
- Auto-Display of Equipment Details : Enhanced the equipment log sidebar to automatically show details of the equipment being analyzed on the main dashboard pages, providing quick and consistent access to relevant notifications and feedback while navigating insights.
- Smooth Animated Sidebar : Added a new animation feature to the expanding and closing of the equipment log sidebar. This provides a smooth experience that adds to the responsive feel of the sidebar.
Zoom Reset When Date Range is Changed
The zoomed-in state of graphs will now automatically reset when a new timestamp is selected. This update applies to the following graphs:
- Vibration Amplitude graphs in Unbalance, Misalignment, and Looseness views
- Flux RMS graphs
Energy Graph Data Information in Data Sharing Documentation
Added energy data graph ID information under the graph section in the Data Sharing Documentation for better clarity and reference on how to retrieve energy consumption data on equipment via the API.
Horsepower Questionnaire Addition in Motor DC and Other
The horsepower questionnaire has been added for the “Motor” component type and its “DC” and “Other” subtypes. This questionnaire will also be included in Technical Info Completeness calculations.
These changes have been implemented in the following areas:
- Config Dashboard
- Health Summary Page
- Portal
- Mobile Applications
Enabling and Disabling Machine Tree Reflected in Config Dashboard
The machine tree column and machine name in the asset tree will now reflect the enabled or disabled settings configured in the Config Dashboard. Disabling the machine tree in the portal will hide both the machine column and the machine name in the asset tree within the Config Dashboard.
Set a Name for Duplicated Asset
An update has been made to the asset duplication functionality, allowing users to set a custom name for the duplicated asset.
- The duplicated asset can retain the existing nomenclature with the “_copy” format.
- Alternatively, users can edit and assign a custom name of their choice.
Duplicate and Move Functionality for Plant and Company
Plant Movement:
Users can now move a plant from one company to another within the same organization. All related entities, including machines, equipment, components, associated data, sensor assignments, and configurations, will move seamlessly with the plant.
Company Movement:
This functionality has been expanded to allow users to move an entire company to a different organization. All assets tied to the company—including plants, machines, equipment, components, data, and sensor assignments—will be moved as part of the transfer.
