What’s New
New Health-Based View with Configurable Landing Pages
New Health-Based View has been introduced to provide a more streamlined, equipment-health–centered user experience. This view adds quick Health Status filters and an integrated feedback/notification pane, making it easier to monitor equipment health and take timely action. Users now also have flexibility in choosing between the new Health-Based View or the Legacy View as their preferred landing page.
- Landing page preference can be set in the Profile Section, with the ability to return to the selected view by clicking the company logo on the homepage.

- Expanded Equipment Log with quick access pane to feedback and notifications.
- The Equipment Log shows equipment that have observed any new feedback or notifications over the past 45 days by default.
- Search and filter can be used to narrow down the list of equipment shown. Date range selector within the filter allows to change the Equipment Log from the default 45 days.
- Feedback column displays the last Feedback Action reported.

Enterprise Data Aggregation Beyond Repair/Machine Down
Enterprise data aggregation has been expanded to include all feedback types, improving the accuracy and completeness of downtime and cost savings analytics. This change ensures that key enterprise metrics reflect a broader range of maintenance activities, not just repairs or machine downtime.
- Aggregation now includes all feedback types across the platform.
- Enhances accuracy in Unplanned Downtime charts and data downloads.
- Improves visibility in Cost Savings charts and reports, including downtime, maintenance, and other savings calculations.
- Data sufficiency requirements for calculations remain in place.

Combined Sensor Health Page
A new Combined Sensor Health Page has been created to unify sensor-related insights, improving accessibility and simplifying monitoring. The page consolidates battery, connectivity, and upload speed data while adding direct access to sensor identifiers.
- Displays Battery, Connectivity, and Upload Speed data in one unified view.
- Includes Sensor ID and Tag ID with copy-to-clipboard functionality for quick sharing or reference.
- Notification redirects, such as those for battery alerts, now point directly to this combined Sensor Health page.

Dashboard UI Updates
Significant user interface updates have been applied across the platform to improve consistency, streamline workflows, and modernize the presentation of critical equipment and plant data.
- Idle Time/Last Running: Idle Time filters revised to 0–21, 21–64, and 65+ days. Idle Status column removed and replaced with Last Running label and precise timestamp formatting (YYYY-DD-MM HH:MM:SS).
- Plant and Machine Tables:
- Removed columns for Reports, Notes, Images, and Actions.
- Added columns for adding feedback at plant and machine levels, limited to Inspection, Planning, and Reporting actions.
- Hovering over a machine name now displays its associated plant name.
- Feedback history now consolidates previous notes and reports.

- Equipment Table:
- Similar removal of Reports, Notes, Images, and Idle Time columns.
- New Last Running column and Technical Info sufficiency counter.
- Hovering over an equipment name shows associated plant and machine hierarchy.
- Enterprise Metrics: Idle time status renamed to Last Running Status, aligned with equipment-level updates.
- Configurations and Health Summary Pages: Technical Info redesigned with improved “Info missing” text and hover tooltips. Health Summary edit icon color updated from orange to grey.
- Feedback Workflow Updates:
- Notes and Reports merged into Feedback History.
- Feedback drawer now includes two tabs: Add Feedback and Feedback History.
- Feedback popup defaults to the Add Feedback tab, with keyword search available in history.
Equipment Timeline Notifications Interface
A new Notification Timeline Popup has been added for improved visibility into notification details. This feature makes it easier to review the context of events and navigate directly to related data.
- Clicking a notification icon opens a popup displaying the notification timeline.
- Popup includes equipment name, component name, timestamp, and notification details.
- Notifications occurring at the same timestamp are displayed in a stacked vertical format.
- Each notification includes a redirect link to the associated data.

Note: Early and Late Stage Fault notification redirects disabled until 3.13.0 release.
Chart Image in Emailed Notifications
To improve context and clarity in notifications, chart images are now embedded directly in emails where applicable. Recipients can immediately view the relevant data point that triggered the notification.
- For notifications tied to specific data points, the corresponding chart image is to the bottom of the email body.
- Images match those produced via the chart download functionality.
- This feature does not apply to Condition Intelligence or Late Stage Fault notifications.
New Feedback Action Type: Reporting
A new Reporting action type has been added to the feedback workflow, offering more granular tracking of inspection and reporting activities. This enhancement helps capture both observations and corrective actions more effectively.
- Action: Reporting
- Results: Observation, Correction
- Available across all feedback forms, including at plant and machine levels.
- Reporting feedbacks follow the same visibility and formatting rules as existing feedback types.

Find Equipment Contributing Energy Changes from NRG Dashboard
The NRG Dashboard has been enhanced with drill-down capabilities, enabling users to identify specific equipment contributing to energy savings or losses. This provides greater transparency into energy performance drivers.
- Clickable Bars: Each bar on the NRG dashboard is now clickable, opening a popup with detailed equipment data. The clickable bars are not enabled for the Energy Intensity chart.
- Historical Change in Energy Popup:
- Name adapts by bar type: “Equipment-based Losses” (red) or “Equipment-based Savings”(green).
- Displays equipment name (with link), ΔkWh values, and corresponding savings/losses in currency.
- Total Power Rating Popup: Displays equipment power ratings in HP and kW, with direct links to equipment summary pages.
- Total Change in Energy Consumption Popup: Shows equipment-level ΔkWh over the last 24hours.

Automatic Gearbox Ratio Calculation
We have added support for automatic calculation of the gearbox ratio when teeth information is provided for each stage.
- The ratio is computed as: Gearbox Ratio = Teeth Out (T2) ÷ Teeth In (T1)
- Once the Teeth In (T1) and Teeth Out (T2) values are entered, the system will automatically calculate and populate the gearbox ratio.
