New Features and Improvements
Multi-View Dashboard improvements
Significant improvements have been made to the multi-view dashboard.
The machine Tree has been improved to be more user-friendly by highlighting the selected assets and improving its navigation.
We have added the functionality to add and remove markers for trend graphs and the ability to add and remove annotations for spectrum graphs.
Also, by default, if more than 1 component is selected, the Master Graph is Vibration RMS, along with the default unit set.
The navigation from the main dashboard to the MVD has been improved and now navigation from Component health summary or from Plot page for a particular component will show the graphs for that particular component.
Resetting of Markers when timestamp is changed or component is selected in the waveform graph
An improvement has been made: if the user selects a different timestamp or changes any component in the Waveform graph, the markers that had been added are reset, and the user can add new markers.
Zoom Level to be reset when a new timestamp is selected for the Time Waveform and Frequency Spectrum graph
For the time Waveform and the Frequency Spectrum graph if a user had set a Zoom level and then proceeded to change the time stamp , then the zoom level was not getting reset. An improvement has been made in this aspect.
Improvements in downloaded Notification log CSV
Significant changes have been made to the downloaded Notification Log CSV.
The time format has been changed to a new YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM: SS format.
We have removed a column for Feedback and added a column for the username of the user who acknowledged the notification.
A column for notification description has been added, along with a column showing the alarm set point.
Columns have been added for Health score, RUL, Health status, stage, and fault type, and those columns have been populated for Late-Stage Faults.
Add Bearings to Database
The bearing Database have been updated and all the possible bearing which are 140k in number has been added to the repository.
Along with the bearing number, the bearing make has also been added.
The user will be able to search for the bearing number by inputting at least two numbers, and the corresponding bearing will be shown in the dropdown.
Connectivity Strength analysis pie chart improvements.
Changes have been made to the connectivity pie chart, and information for the signal strength has been added.
This allows a user to understand on what basis the signal strength quality has been analyzed and calculated.
We are sorting for Signal strength and connectivity columns in the Sensor detail table.
We have added the capability to sort the signal strength and connectivity columns in the Sensor Detail Column.
Signal strength can be sorted numerically from high to low and vice versa, and Connectivity can be alphabetized.
Notification Email text improvement for Connectivity, last running difference, daily alarm, and summarised emails.
Some of the emails have been changed. This has been done to make the emails more user-friendly and in a better readable format.
Bugs Fixed
Incorrect health status for a component in the component list with unassigned sensor.
The health status for a component with the unassigned sensor in the component list has been corrected to a No data State, as shown on the Component summary page.
Incorrect Delta time calculation for CPM
The logic for incorrect delta time calculation for CPM has been fixed to a correct one and now it is working as expected.
Plot Spectrum button missing for Sound Waterfall
The plot Spectrum option for the sound waterfall Graph was missing. This has been fixed, and now the option is available.
Cellular Connectivity is displayed instead of 2g/3g/4g.
The issue where Cellular was displayed in place of 2g/3g/4g in the connectivity column in the SHS has been fixed.
