Connectivity

MachineDoctorTM works on Wi-Fi or Cellular networks to connect the machines to the internet. It offers extensive coverage and also provides a high level of security for communication.

It also works on Low-Power Long Range (LoRa) Technology, to offer extended battery life while maintaining the same performance. Moreover, edge analytics allows for full-time monitoring without full-time connectivity. All of these factors allow for a simple plug & play, hassle-free deployment, without worrying about any extra IT infrastructure.

It offers improved connectivity, thereby offering the opportunity to monitor every aspect of the manufacturing operation, leading to greater productivity and reduced downtime. It also helps improve the safety of the operators and operations, by sending real-time data and predicting issues arising from equipment anomalies/faults.

In the complicated manufacturing operation, these wireless sensors can successfully achieve internet connectivity and facilitate the monitoring of the health of critical assets, to enable better operational oversight.

Mounting & Installation

MachineDoctorTM sensors can be installed on the equipment sets using a Magnetic Mount, Stud Mount or Adhesives. The sensor enables machine-to-machine communication autonomously, and offers a reliable IoT network with energy efficient options. The system set-up can be completed in a matter of a few hours, thereby providing an interconnected network of machines.

Once installed, strong battery-powered wireless sensors start sensing and sending 6 streams of data to the AI-based analytics platform (RotationLFTM) through an encrypted & secured network using Edge and Cloud computing. The RotationLFTM platform analyzes the data it receives, using highly sophisticated algorithms.
